About Me

Dr. Eric Berg is a renowned health and wellness expert whose passion for understanding nutrition and its effects on the body started in 1988 when he graduated from chiropractic school. Over the years, he has dedicated himself to extensive research that has helped him uncover solutions for maintaining optimal health through dieting and fasting. With this knowledge, Dr. Berg established the Berg Institute of Health & Wellness in Seminole, Florida, where he educates people about their bodies' needs, nutritional deficiencies, and overall health.
He shares his insights at the institute on how ketogenic diets and intermittent fasting can lead to greater self-care and wellness. His methods have received widespread recognition as effective techniques for weight loss results – so much so that they were featured in an Amazon bestseller called 'The Healthy Keto Plan.' Before publishing his book 'The 7 Principles of Fat Burning', Dr. Berg even had an appointment as an associate professor at Howard University; there, he trained more than 2,500 health professionals in his methodologies and findings surrounding nutrition. He is also widely recognized for hosting annual Keto Health Summits since 2009 in Washington DC – events attracting over 1,000 attendees yearly, including healthcare practitioners, diet coaches, and keto-dieters sharing remarkable wellness stories. On top of this accomplishment, his work has been featured across various TV programs and magazines worldwide, covering everything from complex health issues to recovering from caloric deficiencies with nutritional strategies.

The Support Dr. Berg is Getting on Censorship Topic

I love the ketogenic diet very much. It has significantly changed my life. I'm always interested in everything Keto-related, including recipes, because of this. I recently saw Dr. Eric Berg's YouTube video where he talks about getting banned.

A little history: YouTube said a few months ago that they will filter or limit medical content that deviated from accepted medical wisdom. The World Health Organization currently concurs with this position. Content that does not conform to WHO's stance is concealed by the algorithm. This raises concerns given WHO's prior performance and handling of similar circumstances.

What about the wisdom of seasoned medical professionals? those who have been in practice for a long time and are well-versed in a wide range of medical issues?

This policy change initially sparked a lot of criticism, which is covered in Dr. Berg's video. He claims that by keeping his content hidden from those in need, YouTube would damage it.

I don't believe YouTube's algorithm is purposefully censoring him, though. His films haven't been entirely removed or concealed; they're still accessible. Personally, I've looked for them. Videos about keto even get a high algorithmic ranking.

Therefore, it doesn't seem to be occurring or never did, whatever the commotion about Dr. Berg being banned. Possibly a response by YouTube to complaints from the medical community. I agree with the prominent individuals who have questioned YouTube's new regulations, such as Dr. Eric Westman.

Support for documentaries such as Dr. Berg's is high. Just read the Reddit threads or YouTube comments where people discuss how his health routines and advise on the keto diet have helped them become disease-free and healthy. I agree with them.

Personally, I've had amazing outcomes with keto. I feel fantastic, more active, fit, and energized than I have in over three years.

Support to Dr. Berg on Censorship

In the continuing discussion around YouTube's banning of medical information, Dr. Eric Berg has gained a lot of support. A Reddit user described how they overcame food fixation and obesity by adhering to Dr. Berg's medical advise and the Keto diet plan.

The user thanked Dr. Berg for his assistance in their health journey and emphasized how much they had learned about nutrition and overall wellness. They showed even more respect for Dr. Berg by highlighting his video, "Dr. Berg Gets Censored (Silenced)," which was a proactive response to YouTube censorship.

Furthermore, a well-known and certified member of the medical community, Dr. Eric Westman, just released a video in response to Dr. Eric Berg's talk about censorship.

In reference to censorship and the effectiveness of the Keto diet, Dr. Westman expressed the same opinions as Dr. Berg.

Dr. Westman acknowledged his conflict in his video, saying, "I feel that people like Dr. Eric Berg are being unfairly censored or relegated to lower visibility despite the scientific validity and evidence-based nature of the Keto diet. I'm torn because I believe in disseminating excellent information." If you're unfamiliar with keto diets or haven't read the articles, several worldwide organizations support its usage."

Users' responses to this discussion have been passionate, and support for Dr. Eric Berg's viewpoint is rising.
